Those Dept. of Finance Submissions to the McCarty Report
The Dept. of Finance’s submissions to the McCarthy Expert Group have just been released. Many of their proposals appear in the McCarty report, although the final recommended cuts are not as radical as those proposed by the Dept. What are we to glean from this?
